Mary Pace

Mary Pace has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mary started their career as an Administrative Coordinator at Omnicom Health Group in April 2015. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within the company, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. In July 2020, Mary became a Director of Talent Acquisition at Omnicom Health Group, and they were later promoted to the role of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition in October 2021. Currently, Mary holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Omnicom Health Group.

Before their time at Omnicom Health Group, Mary worked as the Director of Happiness at Nava New York from January 2014 to March 2015. Prior to that, they were the Owner/Entrepreneur of Pace Hot Dogs from May 2006 to January 2014.

Mary Pace received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Roanoke College from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they attended Berkshire School, but no specific degree or field of study was provided.
