Rachelle Ades

Rachelle Ades has a diverse background in learning and development roles. Rachelle began their career in 2014 as a Training and Development Coordinator at Talentedly and then moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. where they worked as a Training Program Coordinator for a few months. In 2015, Rachelle joined Harrison and Star as a Learning and Development Coordinator and later transitioned to become a Learning and Development Specialist. In 2018, they joined Omnicom Health Group as a Learning and Development Specialist and steadily progressed to roles such as Senior Learning and Development Specialist, Learning and Development Manager, and currently holds the position of Associate Director, Learning and Development.

Rachelle Ades holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, obtained between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Barnard College, completed between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Mind Gym Certified Facilitator (Live & Virtual) from Mind Gym in 2019.
