Tay Duran

Tay Duran has a strong background in design and leadership roles. They currently work at Omnicom Health Group as the SVP Associate Design Director, where they established and led the Experience Design (XD) team. Tay has also been involved in strategic product and UX design as a consultant, and has provided guidance for successful product releases and management of design teams. With an extensive career in design, Tay has also held positions at Monscierge, Skyline Media Group, and OPUBCO Communications.

Tay Duran has a background in graphic design, with a field of study in graphic design from the University of Central Oklahoma. They also have experience in user experience design, having studied at General Assembly. In addition, Tay has knowledge in design research techniques gained from Cooper Professional Education. They have obtained various certifications, including Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2022, Inclusive Mindset from LinkedIn in 2021, Designing Design Teams from InVision in 2019, and Accessibility Basics from Deque Systems, Inc.
