Diana Blancone

Diana Blancone serves as the Chief People + Talent Officer at Omnicom Media Group since March 2022, overseeing the People functions for various award-winning agencies. Prior to this role, Diana held multiple key positions at GroupM, including Chief Talent Officer and Executive Director, where responsibilities encompassed centralizing Talent functions and strategy across North America. Diana began the career in talent acquisition with Mindshare and also served as Head of Global Talent for Nine West Group and The Jones Group, managing talent functions across numerous fashion and retail brands. With a strong educational background in Executive Leadership from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Monmouth University, Diana has built a robust career focused on talent acquisition and management within the media and fashion industries.
