Baptiste Truchot has a wealth of experience in the tech and finance industries. Baptiste began their career in 2009 as an M&A analyst at Rothschild. In 2010, they moved to Emerging Capital Partners as a Private Equity analyst. In 2011, they were a Quantitative Research in Asset Management at TOBAM and in 2012, they were a Quantitative Research in Inflation Derivatives at BNP Paribas. In 2014, they founded Waved as CTO and also worked as a Freelance Mobile & Backend engineer, developing several mobile applications. In 2015, they founded One Cash, a universal tipping tool, and was featured on TechCrunch. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Tech Lead at Oscar Insurance, and in 2019, they became the CEO of Omnidoc.
Baptiste Truchot completed their education history in 2012. Baptiste began their studies in 2005 at the Lycée Henri IV, where they studied Économie. In 2007, they received a Master in Management from HEC Paris, with a focus on Grande Ecole de Commerce. In 2010, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) from École Polytechnique, specializing in Quantitative Economics and Finance. In 2011, they completed a DEA (Research master) from Pierre and Marie Curie University, focusing on Probability and Finance.
