Paulius Leščinskas

Paulius Leščinskas is an experienced engineering and product manager with a strong background in security architecture and identity management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Omnisend since January 2023, Paulius previously held the role of Product and Engineering Manager at Railsr, where efforts focused on building a FAPI-compliant IAM solution and managing valuable engineering initiatives. With prior roles at Adform from November 2013 to January 2023, Paulius defined product security strategies and led various engineering teams as a Security Architect and Enterprise Architect. Additional experience includes serving as CTO at Tipro, where Paulius developed Lithuania's largest media network, and earlier positions as a developer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from Vilniaus kolegija and studies at Kaunas University of Technology and Šiaulių Juliaus Janonio gimnazija.
