Brian Bennett has a diverse and extensive work experience in the railroad industry. Brian started their career at CSX in 2000 as a Yardmaster, overseeing yard operations and ensuring on-time train performance. In 2004, Brian advanced to become the Terminal Manager at the Tampa Terminal, responsible for operations, including line of road operations and an intermodal ramp that served major customers like UPS. Brian successfully managed over 250 employees and multiple top revenue customers.

Continuing their growth at CSX, Brian became an Assistant Division Manager in 2009, overseeing commercial, intermodal, and passenger operations. Brian also managed line of road operations in various locations. As their responsibilities increased, Brian became an Assistant Division Manager for CSX's largest division in 2013. Brian worked on right-sizing train sets in the coal network to improve asset utilization and transit times while reducing costs. Brian managed a substantial number of operating employees and collaborated with various departments to exceed customer expectations.
After a period as an Assistant Division Manager, Brian joined OmniTRAX, Inc. in 2018 as a General Manager. Their role included overseeing operations and driving success in growing intermodal and commercial operations. In October 2020, they were promoted to Vice President Operations at the same company.
