Henry Yang

Dr. Henry Yang was appointed as OmniVision's President in August 2017, after having served as Chief Operating Officer and other leadership roles since joining OmniVision in 1996. A member of the Board of Directors since February 2010, Dr. Yang, who possesses a deep understanding of product engineering and operations, became OmniVision's Vice President of Engineering in 2007, prior to which he was Director of Engineering. In both roles he focused on sensor design, circuit improvements and project management, in addition to playing a key role in the many successes of the company's engineering teams over the past 20 years. He holds B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Tsinghua University in China.
