Twilya McNeal, PMP, CSM

Twilya McNeal, PMP, CSM has over 16 years of work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Twilya began their career in 2005 as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2016, they joined KPMG as a Sr. Associate. In 2019, they moved to Jacobs as a Systems Engineer and Project Manager. Currently, they are employed by Omnyon as a System Engineer and Project Manager.

Twilya McNeal, PMP, CSM has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina Central University, obtained between 1998 and 2003, and a Masters in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business, obtained between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, Twilya holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
