William Beroza has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. William started their career in 1979 at IBM, where they held various roles including Business Unit Executive, Marketing Programs Manager, and Sales & Product Management. In these positions, they gained expertise in selling IBM products and managing operations. From 1992 to 1995, they served as Business Unit Executive, overseeing sales for IBM's IVR, Speech, and Wireless SW Americas Sales Team. In 2003, they transitioned to software sales in the financial services sector at IBM, a role they held until 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Social Collaboration Sales Consultant at IBM. This was followed by their role as Strategic Embedded Software Sales for the Eastern USA region from 2014 to 2022. Outside of IBM, they operated their own business called Bill Beroza Personal Lacrosse Coach, where they provided personalized pre-collegiate lacrosse consulting and assisted young student athletes in pursuing their dreams of playing college lacrosse. Currently, they are employed as the Team Sales Director at OMORPHO.
William Beroza attended Roanoke College, where they pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management.
