Sofie Avonts is an experienced professional currently serving as a User Engagement Manager at OMP since December 2016, where contributions focus on enhancing user engagement in digitized supply chain planning solutions. Previous roles include positions at Metro Cash and Carry Belgium as a Process & Project Manager in Supply Chain and as a Supply Chain Specialist, along with a brief involvement in a young potentials project in Serbia. Sofie's career began with a Management Trainee position at Metro Cash & Carry Belgium and includes volunteer consulting experience with Auxilia VZW. Sofie holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp, supplemented by studies at Queen's University.
