Mehra Rajendra Singh

Mehra Rajendra Singh is an experienced culinary professional with a strong focus on pre-opening hotel operations and executive chef roles across various prestigious establishments in Oman and India. Currently serving as the Pre-opening Team Executive Chef at OMRAN's City Hotel Duqm since May 2012, Mehra has been instrumental in developing strategies for the hotel, contributing to the growth of Duqm as a significant economic hub. In addition to this role, Mehra holds the position of Executive Chef at Dhiaffa, overseeing Al Baleed Restaurant and leading task forces for Atana hotels. Previous experience includes pivotal roles in multiple hotels, such as The Platinum and Swiss-Belhotel International. Mehra's extensive career began at Aitken Spence, where leadership encompassed various hotels across Oman and India. Educationally, Mehra holds a B.A. from Uttarnchal, completed in 1986.
