Mehra Rajendra Singh is an experienced culinary professional with a strong focus on pre-opening hotel operations and executive chef roles across various prestigious establishments in Oman and India. Currently serving as the Pre-opening Team Executive Chef at OMRAN's City Hotel Duqm since May 2012, Mehra has been instrumental in developing strategies for the hotel, contributing to the growth of Duqm as a significant economic hub.
