Alex Cates

Alex Cates has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the consulting and field services industry. From 2012 to 2020, Cates worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, where they held positions such as Global Managing Partner, Area Operations Managing Partner, and Regional Practice Leader/Partner. In these roles, Cates was responsible for client relationship development, sales, project delivery, and business growth in areas such as construction management, demolition, decommissioning, decontamination, and remediation. Prior to that, Cates served as Division Manager at NCM Group, where they successfully restructured business units and improved operational performance. In November 2020, Cates took on the role of CEO at OMS Group, a consulting and field services company specializing in power, mining, chemical, bio/pharma, and other sectors. In this position, Cates leads teams with diverse backgrounds to provide solutions for various business challenges.

Alex Cates has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design with a specialization in Architecture at Texas A&M University. Additionally, they have also undertaken post-graduate studies in Environmental Design and Architecture at the same institution.
