Gavin Morton has had a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Gavin is currently working as the Vice President Operations at OMS360, where they bring strategic resources to Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, People & Culture at OMS360.

Additionally, Gavin has worked as the Director, Employee & Organizational Excellence at Consolidated Container Company and as a Partner at Maurer & Associates. Gavin also held positions at Unisource Worldwide Inc. and Glenayre Electronics Inc., where they played a critical role in global HR and talent management strategies. Gavin Morton holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Union College. Gavin has also obtained certifications in OKR Coaching from WorkBoard Inc. in 2020 and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 1998.
