Eva Zlamalova

Eva Zlamalova is currently serving as a Business Process Manager at OMV since October 2022, acting as the Salesforce Product Owner. Previously, Eva held the position of Call Center Supervisor at Eurocord-Slovakia for a brief period in mid-2022. Between January 2018 and January 2022, Eva was the Service Desk Team Lead at Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. - Skupina ZSE. Prior to this, Eva worked as a Quality Manager at DXC Technology in 2017, and spent several years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from July 2012 to December 2017, where roles included Incident Manager, Knowledge Manager, Quality Representative, and IT Service Desk Analyst. Eva holds a degree in Economics with a focus on Tourism from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici, completed from 2007 to 2012, and graduated from Gymnazium D. Tatarku in Poprad from 2002 to 2007.
