Yosri Maknine

Yosri Maknine is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial controlling, reporting, and advisory services within the Oil & Gas industry. Currently serving as the Financial Controlling and Reporting Manager at OMV since August 2013, Yosri oversees budgeting, accounting, and tax activities across multiple countries, providing strategic analysis and recommendations to senior management. Earlier roles at OMV included Department Manager Controlling and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, where responsibilities included developing annual budgets and conducting variance analysis. Prior to OMV, Yosri worked at EY as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, leading financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Yosri holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage.
