Abdou Ndiaye

Abdou Ndiaye has extensive experience in administrative roles within the Organisation pour la Mise en Valeur du fleuve Sénégal (OMVS), starting in July 2007 and continuing to the present as Agent Administratif Responsable du Bureau du Courrier. Prior positions at OMVS included Agent Administratif and Responsable du Bureau du Courrier between July 2007 and November 2014. Abdou Ndiaye holds a Master 2 in Comptabilité/Finance from ISCOM, completed between 2007 and 2012, and has achieved various academic qualifications including a BAC A3, B.T.S in Animation du Développement, and a Duel 1 from educational institutions such as Lycée Malick Sy in Thiès, E.N.E.A, UCAD in Dakar, and ISCOM in Dakar between 2003 and 2011.
