Dharika Shah

Dharika Shah is a dedicated operations manager with experience in community operations and educational roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations at ON_Discourse since January 2023, Dharika previously held the position of Community Operations Manager at DIY.org, where responsibilities included creating engaging content, executing marketing strategies, and enhancing community support. With a strong background in mathematics education, Dharika has improved student performance as a high school mathematics teacher and has designed professional development programs for educators. Additional experience as a project manager and instructional designer highlights Dharika's proficiency in project execution, collaboration, and curriculum development. Dharika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey.
