Lisa Sera

Lisa Sera has extensive experience in project coordination and executive assistance, currently serving at ON Partners since June 2015, contributing to the recruitment of top talent. Previously, Lisa held roles at Korn Ferry from November 2009 to June 2015, supporting the Global Technology & Financial Services Practice. Lisa's leadership experience in non-profit organizations spans over a decade, with significant contributions to Bay Area Asian Sports and West Portal Lutheran School, including positions such as Treasurer and Fundraising Chairperson. Earlier in Lisa's career, at Charles Schwab from June 1989 to December 2000, strategic oversight was provided as Director of Domestic & International Dividends and Fixed Income Distributions. Lisa earned a B.S. in International Finance from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business.
