Erinda Lala

Erinda Lala is a Global Logistic Specialist at On since January 2022, where leadership is applied to global and cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing logistics processes through technology. Prior to this role, Erinda served as a Quality and Lean Specialist at Sinergia Consulenze Srl from October 2016 to January 2022, specializing in quality management systems and lean manufacturing, and leading various quality improvement projects utilizing Lean principles and Six Sigma tools. Erinda holds a Master’s degree in Lean Management from CUOA Business School (2018-2020), a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt (2015-2016), and both a Laurea Magistrale and a Laurea triennale in Building Engineering from Università Politecnica delle Marche (2014-2016, 2011-2014).
