May LU, Ph.D., PMP, CSSBB is a Senior Principal Device Engineer at ON Semiconductor, where employment began in April 2011. Prior to this role, May served as a Senior Staff Device/Integration Engineer, Sr. Process Engineer, and Sr. Failure Analysis Engineer at ST Microelectronics from October 1995 to March 2011. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics from the University of Notre Dame (1990-1995), a BS in Physics from the Illinois Institute of Technology (1985-1989), an Executive Certificate in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (2009), and a Certification of Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University (2010).
