Currently, Paul holds directorial roles at Northern Premier League and Paul Hilton Funeral Services, alongside previous management positions at Aldermore Bank PLC and Co-op, where responsibilities included service delivery and business consultancy within IT service management. Earlier career experiences include IT Service Manager at Addleshaw Goddard, where Paul was integral in service transition and performance management, and Head of IT at Infinity Asset Management, focusing on IT system improvements and compliance. Paul’s extensive background features significant contributions to service process transformation, major incident management, and business analyst projects across various sectors.
