Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Sarah started their career in 2006 as a Travel Agent at TUI, where they sold holidays and provided customer service. Sarah then worked at Worldwide Baggage Services as a Baggage Tracing Agent, assisting passengers with damaged or delayed luggage. Sarah also worked at Manchester City Council as an SEN teaching assistant, supporting children with special educational needs. Sarah later joined WWBS as a Baggage Tracing Agent, providing customer service and liaising with airports worldwide. Sarah then joined On the Beach as a Customer Service Agent, answering pre-travel queries and making amendments to passenger bookings. Sarah briefly worked at Global Baggage Solutions LTD as a Baggage Tracing Agent, tracing delayed luggage and updating files. Sarah currently works at On the Beach in travel operations.

Sarah Smith started their education in 2000 at The Barlow RC High School, where they completed their GCSEs by 2005. In 2006-2007, they attended People 1st where they obtained an NVQ Level 2 in Tourism and Travel Services Management. From 2009-2010, Sarah studied Child Development at The Manchester College. In 2010-2011, they pursued a childcare course at Acacia Learning. Later, in 2011-2012, they completed an Access to Higher Education Diploma in Public Sector Professions at The Manchester College. Sarah's higher education journey culminated from 2012 to 2016 at The University of Manchester, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology.
