Evelina Rojas

Evelina Rojas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Evelina started their career at CEC Entertainment as a Call Center Agent in 2004 and later became an HR Generalist and a Sr. Administrator for Workers' Compensation. In 2012, they joined Day Star Restaurant Group as a Human Resources Manager, where they provided employee relations support and conducted investigations. In 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at FOCUS Brands. Currently, Rojas holds various positions at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina, including Human Resources Manager, Sr. Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Director, and Sr. Director of Human Resources.

Evelina Rojas attended Dallas College North Lake Campus from 2004 to 2006. Evelina did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Women in Leadership Advisory Panel from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
