Alexandra Glass

Alexandra Glass began their work experience in 2018 as a Senior Customer Service Specialist at ON24. In this role, they managed and oversaw worldwide webinar productions for clients, addressing technical difficulties during live webcasts and interacting with high-level clientele. Alexandra then transitioned to the role of Virtual Conference Project Manager at ON24 in June 2019.

In 2019, Alexandra also worked as a Health Administration Intern at the UNC Charlotte Student Health Center. In this role, they compiled statistical data for management, prepared presentation materials for department meetings, and regularly interfaced with healthcare representatives.

Alexandra Glass completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Alexandra then pursued further education at the same university, earning a Master of Science degree in Health Informatics. Alexandra completed their master's program from 2021 to 2023.
