Josphat Muindi

Josphat Muindi has a comprehensive work experience in software quality assurance and testing. Josphat started their career as a Software Developer at The Africa Bail Company-Kenya in 2011. Josphat then joined Cellulant and worked as an SQA Engineer, where they designed and implemented automated testing tools and programs, reported defects, and delivered QA testing reports. After that, they worked as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Cellulant from February 2017 to May 2019.

In 2019, Josphat joined iCube - I&M Bank as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer for a few months. Currently, they are working at Ona as a Software Engineer in Test and holds the role of Software Engineer in Test Lead. Their responsibilities at Ona include conducting performance/load testing, automating API tests, managing the build/CI/test environment, and leading efforts around test code refactors. Josphat also contributes to code reviews and advises on test automation and tool selection for the team.

Josphat Muindi completed their Software Engineering degree at Kenyatta University from 2008 to 2012.
