Sam Butin

Sam Butin is a Creative Director and Founder at On The March, a role held since November 2023, while simultaneously serving as a New America Fellow and Cultural Leadership Fellow with the New America and Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation, respectively. As a Member Artist at ONX Studio since April 2023, Sam engages in major project development in collaboration with the Onassis Foundation and NEW INC. Previously involved with Glitter Company and the Jewish Writers' Initiative, Sam has contributed as a Creative Writer and Narrative Designer to innovative projects, including the interactive-narrative game "NORMANDIE." With extensive experience at iNK Stories, where Sam held roles as Partner and Cinematic Producer for the award-winning game "1979 Revolution: Black Friday," Sam has also gained industry insights from internships at Circle of Confusion, the New York Film Academy, and the BBC. Sam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television Production from New York University.
