Rani Shikha has been working in the field since 2009. Rani began their career as Franchise Development at Kent RO Systems Ltd. and was responsible for finding investors for Franchise business, promoting the franchise concept through online media and fairs, and expanding business by appointing, training and monitoring promoters and sales executive at different franchise stores. In 2011, they moved to Info Edge India Ltd. and started with a new client acquisition role. Rani was later promoted to the key account Management team for selling online recruitment solutions (SAAS) to corporate and Smes. Rani was also responsible for generating leads by inbound and outbound sales methods and identifying opportunities aimed towards scaling up business from the existing retail clients by renewal, up-selling and cross-selling. In 2018, they took a Sabbatical at Work at Home Jobs. In 2020, they joined Raindrop Systems Inc. as an Inside Sales Specialist, where they identified, built and executed all potential sales opportunities through different online sources, developed sales proposals, quotations, pricing, and delivered customer presentations. Currently, they are working at OnBlick Inc. as a Lead Associate, where they reach out to the companies, connects with them to understand their concern areas in Hr and immigration process, and shares with them industries best practices in those areas.

Rani Shikha has an education history that spans over two decades. Rani completed their 10th grade from Chambridge School in 1998-2000. Following this, they completed a diploma in system management from Aptech in 2005-2006. Rani then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College from 2005-2008. In 2008-2010, they completed their Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) in Marketing and HR from INDUS BUSINESS ACADEMY - IBA, BANGALORE. Additionally, they also completed their Humanity course from dav shyamali in 2002-2004. In 2020, they obtained certifications from Udemy in Linkedin Marketing, Lead Generation and B2B sales for linkedin, from HubSpot Academy in Hubspot certified Email marketing, and from Google Digital Garage in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing.
