Tom MacDonald

Tom MacDonald has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 2015. Tom began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Northwest Administrators, Inc., and later progressed to the role of Customer Sales Manager. In 2018, they moved to Billisimo, where they currently work as a Customer Success.

Tom MacDonald obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley between 2010 and 2012. Tom then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of San Francisco, which they completed in 2015.
