Valerie Rodriguez

Valerie Rodriguez has a wealth of experience in the medical field. Valerie began their career in 2007 as a Medical Office Administrative and Medical Assistant at Tomball Walk-In Clinic. In 2016, they moved to Center for Disease Detection as a Laboratory Tech. In 2018, Valerie joined MD Anderson Cancer Center as a Clinical Research Coordinator-Study Manager and Research Data Coordinator. In 2022, Valerie took on two roles: a Clinical Research Associate at OncoC4, Inc. and a Children's Oncology Group Lead CRA at Children's Oncology Group.

Valerie Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with a Concentration in Epidemiology from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2010 and 2016. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications from the CITI Program, including Information Privacy and Security (IPS) - Admin, Information Privacy and Security (IPS) - Clinical, Information Privacy and Security (IPS) - Development, Information Privacy and Security (IPS) - Quality/Regulatory, Information Privacy and Security (IPS) - Research, CITI Good Clinical Practice Course, Children’s Oncology Group Member, Conflicts of Interest, Animal Care and Use (ACU) - Admin, Animal Care and Use (ACU) - Research, Human Subjects Research (HSR) - Clinical, Human Subjects Research (HSR) - Quality/Regulatory, Human Subjects Research (HSR) - Research, Lab Chemical Safety - Admin, Lab Chemical Safety - Clinical, Lab Chemical Safety - Development, Lab Chemical Safety - Quality/Regulatory, and Lab Chemical Safety - Research. All of these certifications were obtained in June 2022, except for the Children’s Oncology Group Member certification, which was obtained in December 2020.
