Ivan Goering

Ivan Goering has extensive work experience in various roles. Ivan co-founded ONDO Systems, Inc. in 2020 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder. Prior to that, they worked at Near Inc from 2015 to 2020. At Near Inc, they served as the SVP Corporate Development & General Counsel from January 2020 to May 2020. Before that, they held the role of COO and Corp. Secretary, where they led a team that developed and implemented a hardware-software IoT solution in the Long Term Care market channel. Ivan provided strategic operations support, managed negotiations with key partners, and coordinated external counsel efforts. Ivan also worked at G2 Interactive from 2012 to 2014 in Business and Legal Affairs, where they coordinated management efforts, acted as the primary contact for outside counsel, and managed internal legal affairs. Ivan began their career as an Associate at Katzoff & Riggs LLP from 2012 to 2014.

Ivan Goering completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Philosophy at the University of California, Berkeley in 2008. Ivan then went on to attend the Boston University School of Law, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in 2012.
