Navrose Jain

Navrose Jain is an experienced professional in quality management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager Quality at On Direct Marketing Services since August 2021, focusing on lead generation across various geographies. Previously, Navrose held the position of Quality Operations Manager at MattsenKumar LLC from December 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included T&TQ management and customer experience projects. At Eli India, Navrose managed backend operations for marketing and advertising products and services from April 2013 to November 2017, covering client servicing and digital marketing. Prior experience includes serving as a Resident Expert at Genpact in GE Commercial Finance from May 2006 to May 2012. Navrose Jain is an alumnus of the University of Rajasthan.
