Swati Karandikar

Swati Karandikar is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at ONE since April 2022, Swati previously held positions as Chief Compliance Officer at Even Responsible Finance and Director of Compliance at LendUp. Prior to these roles, Swati worked as an Associate at Promontory Financial Group, LLC, and as an Analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Swati's career began in community service as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader and Fellow, where financial literacy programs were developed for low and moderate-income families. Swati also coordinated job fairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and interned in global wealth management at Morgan Stanley. Swati holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
