Nicole Ngoya-Younge

Manager, Programs & Philanthropy at ONE City Scholarship Fund

Nicole Ngoya-Younge is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in program development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Course Instructor for Entrepreneurship II at Durham College and as the Manager of Programs & Philanthropy at ONE City Scholarship Fund, Nicole is dedicated to empowering youth and fostering entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Head of School at Academie Emerson - Emerson Academy, Nicole implements a Bilingual Montessori educational approach, cultivating character and leadership skills in students. Previous roles include Leadership Development Officer at York University, Youth Coach and Corporate Trainer at The Canadian Training Institute, and Marketing Manager at BlueCat Networks, among others. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Education and a Postgraduate degree in Advanced Counselling Skills from Concordia University and George Brown College, respectively, as well as a BA in Psychology.
