Dylan Mercer

Dylan Mercer currently serves as the Lead Math Teacher at One City Schools, delivering instruction aligned with the Eureka Math Curriculum and facilitating social-emotional learning through daily Crew sessions. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Student and Student Affairs Program Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where Dylan conducted research on employment outcomes for School of Education graduates and organized professional development events. Previous teaching experience includes a position as a 7th Grade Math Teacher at the Madison Metropolitan School District and a Summer Coach at Building Great Kids, focusing on activities for children with disabilities. Dylan began a career in education as an Education Intern at Milwaukee School of Languages, gaining insights into school management and support for marginalized communities. Dylan holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
