Jan Roessner

Jan Roessner is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a long history of success in the entertainment, technology, and gaming industries. Jan began their career in 2012 as an advisor for the Munathara Initiative, an NGO based in Tunis. In 2015, they founded and became owner of Arcade Distillery, a video game development studio with offices in New York and Los Angeles. In 2018, they became the business owner of mTw Gaming Inc. In 2019, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of One Earth Rising\u2122, an engagement platform, and the Advisory Board Member of NewsGamer, an immersive narrative tool. Jan also became a Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Council and a Partner of Time Will Tell Films. In 2021, they became an Executive Producer at Kanzai Entertainment Group (Aeko Games) and an Investor at TransAtlantic Venture Partners. Jan also remains an Advisory Board Member of BlocBuy.

Jan Roessner obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Communication from AKAD University between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended the U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence between 2003 and 2004 and obtained their Helicopter Pilot certification. Between 2001 and 2003, they attended the Offizierschule der Luftwaffe (Officer Candidate School of the German Air Force) and obtained their Officer certification in Leadership. Additionally, Jan Roessner obtained a certification from the Newchip Accelerator in August 2021.
