Neil Essen

Neil Essen currently serves as the Advisor to the President for Development at ONE FOR ISRAEL Ministry, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Major Gifts Officer at Minnehaha Academy and serving as Community Pastor at The Mount Church, focusing on leadership development, community engagement, and growth initiatives. Essen has also held roles at Ridgewood Church as Community Development Minister, at SportsEngine in SaaS Sales and Business Development, and at 121 Community Church as Associate Minister, demonstrating a strong background in leadership, project management, and customer relations. Educationally, Essen is pursuing a degree in Fundraising Management at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, following a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
