Alex MacPherson

Alex Macpherson is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in education, development, and language services. Currently serving as Chapter Leader, Student Ambassador Coordinator, and Student Ambassador at One for the World since October 2020, Alex has also worked as a Private Tutor at TutorChase and previously at Superprof. Alex interned with Connected Development, gaining hands-on experience in agricultural and economic empowerment initiatives in Tanzania, and served as a CAMbassador for the University of Cambridge, coordinating programs for underrepresented language students. Further experience includes translation and project management at Labrador Language Services, volunteering as a translator for Humanium, and fundraising for the Cambridge Development Initiative. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge and has studied Social Sciences at École normale supérieure de Lyon.
