Tom Bowman has extensive experience in process improvement and data integrity within the utility industry, currently serving as the Manager of Process Improvement and Data Integrity at ONE Gas since May 2014. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at ONE Gas, including Project Planner and Business Analyst II. Tom's career began at ClientLogic and continued at Cox Communications, where roles included Comm Center Supervisor and Field Service Technician. Academically, Tom earned a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Management and a Graduate Certification in Data Mining and Business Analytics from Oklahoma State University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from Tulsa Community College.
