Jon Rachel

Jon Rachel is an experienced professional in the housing management sector with a strong background in maintenance and repairs. Currently serving as the Head of Repairs at One Housing since August 2021, Jon previously held the position of Area Manager at Clarion Housing Group, where responsibilities included managing maintenance works for 18 buildings across 15 sites in Hertfordshire. Prior to that role, Jon was a Contract Manager, overseeing a team of 15 operatives responsible for repairs and void works across 3,500 tenanted properties.
