Shachar Lotan

Shachar Lotan currently serves as the Head of the Economic & Budget Research Department and Senior Data & Policy Researcher at One Hundred Initiative since February 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Head of Market Research & Intelligence and Business & Strategy Manager at OneLayer, as well as positions in Cyber Threat Intelligence at SICPA and Business Intelligence Specialist at HilsH Ltd. Shachar also worked as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at ADAMA Ltd. and held the role of Senior Intelligence Analyst in Unit 8200 within the Israeli Intelligence Corps, commanding a team of analysts and managing large data sets in a technological environment. Shachar holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and graduated from Katzir High School with a diploma focusing on Math, English, Physics, and Bible Research.
