Polly Van Duser, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at One Inc, overseeing enterprise-wide talent acquisition since January 2022. Prior to this role, Polly held several senior positions, including Senior Partner at Greenings, focusing on Payments and FinTech, and Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Bank of America Merchant Services. Polly has extensive experience in recruiting leadership roles at companies such as Heartland Payment Systems, WorldPay, and ATS Executive Search. Polly began a professional career in recruiting at Accenture and has accumulated a wealth of expertise in talent acquisition and management throughout various sectors. Polly holds a BA in Public Relations from Georgia State University.
