XAVIER SOURCEAU

Xavier Sourceau has a diverse work experience starting in 2021 when they served as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on a freelance basis. In this role, they collaborated with other members of the executive team to execute the corporate strategic plan and develop future plans. XAVIER also managed a global sales team, monitored the revenue pipeline, and implemented strategies to drive sustainable growth.

In 2022, Xavier Sourceau held multiple roles. XAVIER worked as an Investor at Brightweb and as a Seed Investor at Refer. Additionally, they served as a Consultant and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at One Man Support, where they provided strategic guidance to enhance revenue generation.

Xavier Sourceau also took on the position of Web3 advisor and Startup Mentor at The Blox, and became a Member of Partnershift, a platform focused on partnerships and collaborative projects. XAVIER further joined Decoded Strategies as a Partner, offering their expertise in business development and strategy.

In the same year, Xavier Sourceau became the Chief Revenue Officer - Innovation Venture Builder at Decathlon France, where they played a crucial role in driving revenue growth and implementing innovative business ventures.

In 2022, Xavier Sourceau also became an Advisor and Investor at Kamea Labs, a role in which they provided guidance and support to the company.

Lastly, Xavier Sourceau is slated to take on the role of Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Innovation at EDF starting in 2023.

Xavier Sourceau has a diverse education history. In 2020, they briefly attended HEC Paris to pursue a field of study titled "Devenir entrepreneur du changement" (Becoming a Change Entrepreneur). Before that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended CIFACOM and obtained a BTS GESTION DE PRODUCTION (BTS in Production Management) in the field of Communication numérique et média / multimédia (Digital Communication and Media).

Additionally, in 2007, Xavier Sourceau completed a program in Personality Psychology at Process Communication. That same year, they also participated in RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) where they studied Management et psychologie humaine (Management and Human Psychology).

XAVIER'seducation journey began at Notre Dame des Oiseaux, where from 2004 to 2007, they received their Bac STT Action et Communication Commerciales (Baccalaureate in Business and Communication). XAVIER'sfield of study at this school was Commerce et Communication (Commerce and Communication).
