Terra Spann

Terra Spann currently serves as the Vice President of Midwest/Texas Regional Operations at One Medical, focusing on strategic and operational performance across various markets, emphasizing lean performance improvement and human-centered design. Prior to this role, Terra was the Chief Operating Officer at Granger Medical Clinic, overseeing a physician-owned medical group with annual revenues of $111 million and managing a large staff. Additionally, Terra held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Bon Secours Medical Group, where responsibilities included managing a $250 million revenue medical group and leading significant operational transformations, including the integration of lean management principles. Earlier in career, Terra directed oncology services at Bon Secours Health System, establishing a successful service line with significant market share growth. Terra holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from the University of South Carolina.
