Andrew Hochberg, PMP, has extensive experience in technical support and project management, currently serving as Portal Help Desk at One Mind since April 2015, where responsibilities include designing and implementing technical support infrastructure. Prior roles include Systems Support Specialist at Roche, where project management of software support services was performed, and System Data Administrator at Genentech, focusing on data migration and quality analysis. Andrew has also contributed as a Clinical Data Migrations Consultant for Abbott and held several text indexing positions for academic textbooks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language and Literature from Carleton College and a certification in Japanese Literature from Chuo University.
