Michael L. Edell

Michael L. Edell is an experienced organizational development consultant and president of two entities, Only One Publishing and Edell Publishing, since 1996. Current roles include serving as an organizational development consultant at One New Heartbeat and philanthropy and fundraising consultant, leveraging over three decades of experience in nonprofit organizations. Edell's expertise encompasses strategic planning, fund development, and team development, with previous roles as a management consultant for several organizations including the National Hepatitis Education and Wellness Center and Free at Last. Active in the music industry as a member of Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) and ASCAP, Edell also contributed as a board member and past president of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Golden Gate Chapter. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources and Organization Development and a Bachelor’s in Organization Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
