Ali Alsaffaf has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT and service management field. Ali currently serves as the IT Service Management Lead at One New Zealand. Prior to this, they worked at ASB Bank, where they held multiple positions, including Service Operations Specialist, Information Technology Service Desk Manager, Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead, and Senior Support Specialist. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving team engagement, implementing process improvements, and maintaining operational excellence. Before joining ASB Bank, Ali worked as a Security Specialist at Mako Networks, providing 24/7 support to clients worldwide.
Ali Alsaffaf attended Kristin School from 2001 to 2010. They obtained no specific degree or field of study during this time.
