Priscilla Palmer

Priscilla Palmer is a dedicated People Officer at One on One, where responsibilities include supporting HR initiatives and developing strategic recruiting plans to enhance employee retention since May 2021. Previous experience includes an internship at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, where audits on complainant files were conducted, and an internship at Cari-Med Limited, where employee records were documented and maintained. Additional internships at Jamaica Public Service Company Limited and One on One involved updating employee handbooks and the learning management system, respectively. Priscilla holds a Bachelor of Science in Labour and Employment Relations from The University of the West Indies, as well as an Executive Certificate in Payroll, Staff Benefits & Statutory Deductions from the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean. An Associate of Arts in Humanities was earned from Wolmer's Schools.
