Wade Coble

Wade Coble currently serves on the ONE Leadership Team at ONE Presidential since September 2023. Previously, Wade held the position of NC/SC Vice President of Business Development and Loan Officer at Southern Trust Mortgage from November 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included originating residential mortgages for purchase and refinance transactions. Prior experience includes working as a Loan Officer at TowneBank Mortgage from December 2010 to November 2018 and at SunTrust Mortgage from June 2009 to December 2010, both roles focused on mortgage origination. Wade Coble earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 1990 and 1994.
