Alicia Kuntz

Alicia Kuntz has extensive experience in real estate development and acquisitions. Alicia is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at ONE Properties since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Terracap Management Inc. for four years as the VP of Acquisitions and Development from April 2018 to February 2022. Prior to their role at Terracap, Alicia was with First Capital Realty Inc. for six years as the Vice President of Development from January 2012 to April 2018.

Alicia Kuntz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Concordia University. Alicia also has a Masters in Environmental Studies from York University.
